We use biodegradable, eco-friendly products combined with microfiber and the latest floor cleaning machines to achieve the best results. The only time this will change is if you have a specific request that is discussed with us beforehand or if you advise you want to provide your own cleaning materials. For one off/deep cleans, as the cleaning products we use are plant based, there will always be times when we need to resort to more industrial strength products but this will be discussed with you first. Please note there is no discount for clients who provide their own materials.

Yes, we only offer an hourly service for regular cleaning at one set price, please see our 'Prices' page for details of our current rates. The minimum booking period is three hours. PLEASE NOTE we do not offer hourly cleaning for one off cleaning services.
MY NEIGHBOURS CLEANER IS MUCH CHEAPER THAN YOU?
We don't pretend to be the cheapest but we do profess to be the best. We offer a high quality service, bespoke service and have excellent staff giving you the best possible value for your money.

We are fully insured and use good quality, plant based eco products. We use the latest technologies to help us achieve the best results in a quicker time. We have the best hygiene and cross contamination policies possible to ensure the most hygienic service.
For these reasons we will never try and compete with unprofessional outfits who may cut corners. We believe that you get what you pay for. If you have been disappointed with other, less professional, cheaper services, then get in touch and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING MICROFIBER?
Microfiber textiles designed for cleaning on a microscopic scale. According to tests using microfiber materials to clean a surface leads to reducing the number of bacteria by 99%, whereas a conventional cleaning material reduces this number only by 33%. Microfiber also absorbs fat and grease and its electrostatic properties give it a high dust-attracting power.
IF MICROFIBER CLEANS SO WELL, WHY USE OTHER PRODUCTS?
Microfiber isn't suited to every cleaning task. It also performs better when used slightly damp. We use products such as Method and Ecover which are eco friendly and biodegradable. These products have a variety of uses such as removing scale and providing anti bacterial cleaning. In addition they smell amazing so leave your home smelling beautiful after every use.
WHY DONT YOU USE MOPS?
Mops certainly have their place but we avoid using them wherever possible. Using a traditional mop and bucket means using the same water over and over which is not hygienic and doesn't get the best results. Using a two chamber bucket does help to rectify this. We prefer to use a floor cleaning machine that vacuums, washes and dries all at the same time. This means that we do not have to vacuum, then mop, then dry your floor saving a large amount of time. So in the same amount of time other cleaners are slopping around dirty water on your floor, we have cleaned it to a sparkle and already moved on to the next room!
WHAT OTHER PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
We use a variety of products to help clean your home. We always use well known brands such as Bissell, Numatic, Method, Ecover, Delphis, Jangro and Barkeepers Friend amongst others. These brands have decades upon decades of experience in cleaning homes. We also use recycled paper products to clean toilets plus sponges and bushes made from recycled materials.
